Good morning sir,

Yesterday I missed your gracious company as I had to stay at HQ to facilitate all others for your farewell.

IR and the people of India will remember you for the *beautiful and state of the art coaches* being introduced in the fleet of rolling stock. Never in the past passengers experienced comfort and beauty of coaches like that in *Vande Bharat, Humsafar & Vistadom.* 

You are the first person who got started and finished fitment of *bio toilets* in the divisional depots. Others were later asked to follow WCR and with the result now we have almost 100% bio toilet fitment in coaches resulting in clean stations without foul smell.

The concept of *Smart Yards* for freight examination will be remembered by all and will make lives of our staff better and improve safety and productivity of freight operations.

 *Quick watering* is very useful and is important from the view point of passenger basic requirement.

Proliferation of *ACWPs* will also help coaches look clean and pleasing. 

 *Concept of umbrella works* to improve and modernise infrastructure will prove of great help.

You *changed the mind set* of officers for thinking and look for modernisation and IT enabled working rather than procuring mundane machines like EOT, Forklift, Hyd. Jacks etc.

Never ever our *cadre* was looked after so well.

I am fortunate to have an opportunity to work with you so closely in WCR. You gave me full freedom to work. I learnt many good things from you like "Make Things Happen", Art of presentation, Use of Excel with pivot tables for data analysis.

I shall always remember your kind favour to me and feel  obliged.

I will be happy to have an opportunity of doing any work/help/assistance for you.
