Entrepreneurship is a very important for the flourishing future of a community. In jobs, people are following Kayasthas (कायस्थ), one can see either their position in the society has been stationary or it has slipped down over last 40-50 years and on the other hand Baniyas (बनिया) following the path of business have tremendously improved their position in the same period.
In jobs one goes along sinusoidal curve generations to generations i.e. top to bottom to top and so on so forth whereas in business it is progressive step graph i.e. efforts of every generation gets cumulatively added and the new generation starts from the point where last one had left.
In a life, one basically achieves a certain amount of money, post/position, contacts and experience, normally except money nothing else can be transferred to the next generation however in business one can transfer all the four very useful things to next generation. Importantly, person doing business provides jobs to many others. Therefore considering all these, communities that are following path of business will progress in much better way.
*What can be done* with ease and without much of the efforts to help people go for business :
1. The person doing business should be respected in our day to day life and functions. It will encourage others.
2. Whatever help one can render to the persons doing business should be done as their success will encourage others to go for business.
3. There should be meetings/functions/programmes especially intended for business related activities where entrepreneurs from the community be allowed to speak up and tell their story.
4. There should be appreciation and awards for persons doing good quality of skilled work.
5. One can use his/her contacts in getting the training for the beginners at existing work places.
6. Whosoever can help financially must help the entrepreneurs at the beginning.
